I got through them rather quickly, although I tried to s-t-r-e-t-c-h them out. I have since read First Shift and Second Shift, and I eagerly await the release of Third Shift at the end of January. Welcome to the Wool lovers club!
After reading the "Shift" books, I want to go back and re-read Wool Omnibus because, like you, I hate to NOT KNOW what everyone else knows. But now I will know what, when, and how they all ended up in the silo, and I'm sure the re-reading will be different with that knowledge.
I just want to say I am so happy for Hugh - to start out so small and self-published and now to be working on "A major motion picture..." and all within a couple of years - wow! I look forward to what he writes in the future.Jane Morris Coonsnoreply@blogger.com
